Trump Claims US-Israel Crushed Iran With Military Force
By Y-Trendz International Desk
Washington, D.C.: The President of the United States, Donald Trump, has claimed that the joint military campaign by the United States and Israel has severely crushed Iran’s military power, describing the operation as a decisive success.
Speaking at a press conference in Florida, Trump said the combined strikes had crippled Iran’s naval forces, missile systems, and communications networks, asserting that the Iranian military had been “very completely” defeated.
Trump: Iran’s Military Capabilities Severely Damaged
According to Trump, the ongoing campaign—known as Operation Epic Fury—has significantly degraded Iran’s military infrastructure.
The U.S. president claimed that:
dozens of Iranian naval vessels had been destroyed
missile launch systems and drone facilities were heavily damaged
air defense and communications networks were largely disabled.
Trump also said nearly 50 Iranian naval ships had been sunk, describing the operation as one of the most powerful military campaigns conducted in recent years.
He added that Iran’s ability to conduct large-scale missile and drone attacks had been drastically reduced.
“War Almost Complete”
Trump suggested that the military campaign could soon reach its conclusion.
He described the war against Iran as “very complete, pretty much,” indicating that the main objectives of the operation had largely been achieved.
Despite the confident tone, the U.S. administration has not yet declared the mission fully finished, and military operations are continuing against selected targets across Iran.
Iran Continues Retaliatory Attacks
While Trump claimed decisive success, fighting between the sides has not stopped.
Iran has continued to launch missile and drone attacks targeting Israeli cities, U.S. bases in the region, and Gulf-area infrastructure.
Regional tensions have also expanded with increased activity by Iran-aligned groups such as Hezbollah operating from Lebanon, prompting further Israeli strikes.
Global Economic Impact
The war has already triggered major global economic concerns.
Oil prices have surged amid fears that Iran could disrupt shipping routes near the Strait of Hormuz, through which a large portion of the world’s oil supply passes.
Energy markets and global trade routes remain under close watch as the conflict continues.
War Enters Critical Phase
The conflict began in late February when U.S. and Israeli forces launched coordinated strikes on Iranian military infrastructure.
Since then, hundreds of targets across Iran have reportedly been hit, including missile factories, military bases, and energy facilities.
Despite Trump’s claims of overwhelming success, analysts say the situation remains fluid, with both sides continuing to exchange attacks and no formal ceasefire yet in place.
What Comes Next
Trump has indicated that the campaign could end soon if Iran’s remaining military capabilities are neutralized.
However, international observers warn that the conflict still carries the risk of broader regional escalation involving multiple Middle Eastern countries.
For now, the world is closely watching whether the war moves toward a negotiated settlement—or enters a new phase of confrontation.
