TCS Conversion Case

SIT Finds 37 Audio Clips, Probe Deepens

Y-Trendz Report

Nashik, June 9: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) investigating the alleged religious conversion, harassment, and exploitation case involving employees at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Nashik

has reportedly recovered 37 audio clips that are being examined as part of the ongoing investigation. The recordings are expected to play a significant role in establishing communication patterns and alleged attempts to influence employees.

The case, which has attracted national attention, involves allegations by multiple women employees who claimed they faced harassment, coercion, and pressure to adopt religious practices against their wishes. Investigators have been examining digital evidence, witness statements, WhatsApp communications, and other electronic records.

According to officials, the SIT has already filed multiple charge sheets covering several FIRs registered in connection with the case. The investigation names a number of accused individuals and seeks to determine whether there was any organized effort behind the alleged activities.

Investigators are also examining claims that some employees were encouraged to alter personal practices, participate in religious activities, and join specific online groups. Several complainants have alleged sustained psychological pressure and workplace harassment.

The recovery of the 37 audio clips is expected to strengthen the evidentiary record as forensic experts analyze the material for authenticity and relevance. Authorities have not yet disclosed the contents of the recordings publicly. The SIT continues to question witnesses and review additional evidence as the probe moves forward.

The case remains under judicial scrutiny, with further legal proceedings expected as investigators complete their examination of the newly recovered material.
