Washington, June 6: The United States military has claimed that it intercepted and shot down four Iranian one-way attack drones that were launched toward the strategically important Strait of Hormuz, amid rising tensions between Washington and Tehran. According to U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), the drones posed an immediate threat to commercial maritime traffic operating in the region.
